Q: Does the hair come pre-styled?

A: Yes. All hair comes pre-plucked; T-part frontals are pre-parted, and wavy textures come lightly layered for a natural look.

Q: Can the hair take heat?

A: Yes. Minimal heat is safe. Use hot tools like hot combs or straighteners, and always use a heat protectant spray. For curly and wavy hair use flexi rod to style .

Q: Can the hair take curls?

A: Yes. Our wavy wigs can hold curls. Use a light holding spray and Flexi rod to style for best results.

RETURN & REFUNDS

Q: Can I return my order?

A: Yes, within 14 days of delivery.

Q: What qualifies for a return?

A: Hair must be unused and in original condition: tags attached, lace uncut, no products, no manipulation, returned in original packaging.

Q: How are refunds issued?

A: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after inspection.
